To care for bamboo fabric, start by turning the garment inside out or placing it inside a wash bag to protect it during washing. Use a gentle detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softener, as these can damage the fibers. Wash the fabric in cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle to prevent wear. When drying, opt for low heat or, for the best results, lay the fabric flat to air dry. If necessary, you can cool iron the garment on the reverse side to smooth out wrinkles.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of inspecting the return. Exchanges depend on item availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.

- If the items arrive before 3 PM (Monday to Sunday), they are eligible for same-day delivery to J&T.
- Estimated Delivery: 2-7 days.
Once the items arrive, we process all pre-orders on the same day.
